When can we expect the next Groupon Promotion?
Maybe in the future...... But at the current time we will not be running promotions on Groupon. As a service provider, we reserve the right to decline service to any client that grossly violates the terms and conditions outlined in the fine print of a promotion, or relayed in verbal communication for any service appointment. Unfortunately the Groupon platform in this particular service category is rampant with blatant and continuous voucher abuse including switch and bait tactics. And as a merchant and small business, not having control to rectify or address the behavior directly, means we would much rather restrict amazing growth through aggressive and risky marketing and focus on providing excellent service to our current client base, who in effect subsidize the cost of these promotions. A better perspective is to consider it takes roughly 7 to 8 Groupon Appointments to equal just 1 Standard Service Appointment. Which puts unnecessary strain on any merchant or small business, that doesn't deal with volume sales to offset such dramatic customer acquisition costs.
